i really need help!!!!!!!! ive tried like everthing!!!! please let me know if you have any good ideas.

you can do many things to help:

-use a sleek and straight shampoo and conditioner

-rinse your hair out with cold water to reduce frizz

-air dry your hair, never blow dry it

-use a flat iron

-use a defrizz spray or creme

-ask your hairdresser to "razor or thin out" your hair where it is most poofy

if you have tryed evrything here is a last option. thermal straghiting. it makes you hair stick straght.

try to use a straghter and not the really cheap kind!

Try getting it layered! That should make it thinner and to straighten it use a straightener, but make sure to put a burn off spray in your hair first so it doesnt burn your hair!!
