I heard that's a solution to poofy hair. But what does the hair cutter do to the hair exactly that "thins" it?
What exactly is meant by thinning your hair?
Oooo... Now be careful with that if you have poofy and wavy hair. Thinning scissors is a long, thick device which cuts random lengths from inside the locks of your hair. When it is finished, the inner "volume" will be gone, and your hair will look thinned down. But when you sleep and wake up, however, all those shorter lengths of hair in the middle of your longer hair will each point to a different direction... and push the hair up from all possible directions. The sight might make you crazy. If you don't have time to straighten your hair every day to manage this problem, do not ask the barber to thin your hair. It takes 1- 1.5 years to bring them all to the same length again.
