i thinned my hair too bad idea...it does make it more prone to damage...just get trims every month or even twice a month...just a bit off your hair but it makes a difference...mostly the hair is thinned out at the ends..so if you cut them off the damage is gone...here are some things that work for me

aveda sap moss gloss

aveda sap moss shampoo and conditioner

biolage smoothing shining milk

garnier fructis leave in split ends treatment

silk effects shampoo and mask

cholesterol cream treatment

hot oil treatment from Suave

suave smoothing creme

pantene shampoo and conditioner (has paraffin so it will be a filler to your split ends)

Joico kpak(be careful this stuff can be too much and too heavy for your hair....too much protein makes hair limp and can break more often)

thats about it for me...these are some favorites of mine

something new i am using is Nexxus emergencee and Kerastase reconstructor...

some natural things i am thinking you can use is egg whites seal ur cuticle before shampooing

lemon juice prior to shampoo also will close the cuticle

hope this helps you out

have a good night:)

If you've had your stylist thinning out your hair with thinning shears...well, your hair isn't really damaged. Your stylist(s) just didn't thin it properly. There isn't anything to do for it except let it grow out. :( Sorry.

Nothing will help your hair but finding the very best hair stylest in your area..It will not be cheap. They will probably do alot of special treatments and then have to cut it! Remember hair does grow back! Fire whoever was your stylest in the past and stay with the expensive one. They will help you restore your hair.
