You can purchase "thinning shears" at a beauty supply store. They look like scissors with teeth. THEY ARE NOT great for everyone.. I can use them because my hair is really thick and really curly.. They cut just part of your hair and they are easy to use. Good Luck.

WHAAAATTTTT you wanna thin your HAIR!!!!! Alright well straightner is setting ya on the right track, but that makes it dry too. Um try a layering comb (man i hate those things) they really thin out your hair if you use them to much. There pretty much a comb with blades!!!!
