I have pretty thin hair?

I have pretty thin hair that is an inch or two below my shoulders I want to keep the length but I was wondering what cut would be good to make it looke thicker and i also have side bangs

I have pretty thin hair?

I'm not sure what cut could make it look thicker, but you could use shampoo and conditioner that adds fullness. I know that Pantene makes a line of fullness-adding hair products.

I have pretty thin hair?

Hmmm to make it look thicker have it cut that bit shorter and use special shampoo and conditoner :) good luck :)

I have pretty thin hair?

Has anyone with thinning hair used a good product that really works wonders please tell me ?

i havent used this (becuase my mom wont let me get it), but ive heard its really good. its called horse shampoo, i know it sounds weird, but it really thickens out the hair. it takes like 2-3 weeks to work.

Has anyone with thinning hair used a good product that really works wonders please tell me ?

Try a herbal supplement called Silica.

I've noticed that I'm losing less hair in the shower.

Also do not sleep with a ponytail.

Nioxin products work VERY well. My boyfriend has thinning hair and it's just good for anyone with thin/fine hair. It helps the "sheeding" cycles to be less. I also use this myself just as a precaution and i notice less shedding. Over the summer I wore hair extensions and my stylists recommended that stuff to keep the bonds in my hair stronger since they were attached to my read hair. If the hair sheds, eventually, the extension could fall out. I just had my extensions taken out last week and she raved how great my hair looked. I told her I took her advice and used Nioxin hair shampoos and conditioners and she credited my hairs healthiness to that. The small bottles are aprox $30 for the set, the larger are about $60. I really recommend these. Good luck!

I had this problem. It may be as simple as getting a hair cut and a few layers in. Another thing: As much as I loved and worshiped it... Do not use a straightener. It fried my hair. If you stop using it for about 3-4 days and you blow dry your hair with a round brush, you hair will get soooo much more volume and bounce - you will see a difference. Otherwise, I suggest V05 body shampoo %26amp; conditioner (it only costs $1.15). You can also buy some product that you apply to your roots for extra body. Good luck and don't spend a fortune on snazzy products.

Hi, Cutie. Yes, I have thinning hair. Or I should say that I had thinning hair and I know how embarrassing and frustrating it is. I found a wonderful beautition who loves to work with persons with thin, fine hair. She started me on Nioxin cleanser, leave in scalp therapy, and treatment. I have been using it for nine years now and my hair is not any thinner. In fact it has gotten thicker all over. Where it is thinnest in the front, I had a quarter size spot that was totally bald. Then one day I noticed it was nickel sized. I noticed today that there is hair coming in all over this area now. Is my hair thick? No, but I can style it without scalp showing thru except on the very top toward the front and it doesn't look bad like it did. Its been a long time since someone made a comment about me going bald like I used to get a lot. I noticed when I started using the Nioxin that I kept getting these little plugs of stuff (DHT?) out of my scalp when I scratched my head or when I washed my hair. It works for me. Hope this helps you.

When you shave thin hairs do they come back thicker?

It's a myth.

When you shave thin hairs do they come back thicker?

Ask any bald man!

When you shave thin hairs do they come back thicker?

depending on the place u shave

When you shave thin hairs do they come back thicker?

It's a myth, I've been shaving for a while and they keep coming back the same. Ask your dad, he'll probably tell you the same thing.

When you shave thin hairs do they come back thicker?

Yes most of the times

Does thinning your hair damage it? What about when it groes back?

My hair is wavy/curly and REALLY thick, no joke. I want to get it thinned but my mom wont let me because she thinks that it damages your hair and it will not grow back with the same thickness that she considers a "blessing" that I have. Is that true? Will it damage my hair?

This lady did my hair a year or two ago and used a razor or shear or whatever and I think she thinned it without telling me. The next lady I went to said not to do it again since it messes up the texture?!

Does thinning your hair damage it? What about when it groes back?

noo it does not damage your hair.

i got mine thinned down. and its great and so much easier to take care of =]

Does thinning your hair damage it? What about when it groes back?

No, thinning your hair doesn't ruin it at all! I have thick wavyish hair too. I thinned it out, and it grew back in no time!! It grew back with the same fullness as before I cut it. It is wayy easier to take care of!!!

Good luck with the cut!!!

Does thinning your hair damage it? What about when it groes back?

ok, im not a professional, but i dont see y thinning ur hair would damage it, its basically the same as cutting ur hair, which is safe enuf, except they use special scizzors or w/e on ur hair that cuts thin strip of it, its almost like layering. these are what the tips of thinning shears looks like:

http://www1.istockphoto.com/file_thumbvi...

-it might look like it would make ur hair look kind of wierd but one of my friends got it done and u can hardly tell she cut it except that its THINNER. but hers is still thick cuz he has wice as much hair on her hair than anyone else. it would only turn out bad if ugot it MAJORLY thinned out and u already had thin hair or something.

i say go for it! if it doesnt turn out the way u wanted it to, itll still grow back.

How can a thinning hair be thickened the natural way?

You can try this home remedy:

Massage the scalp with olive oil every evening for eight days. Let it work overnight and wash it out in the morning. It's used for alot of skin problems and is a great moisturizer. Massaging it into the scalp is necessary to stimulate the hair growth so that is very important.

If it continues to get thinner then you need to seek medical treatment to ensure it's not something that requires a more radical approach.

Good Luck!

How can a thinning hair be thickened the natural way?

use nioxin..it's a great salon product. it's expensive but it opens up the pores on your scalp and help promote hair growth. Look this product up.

How can a thinning hair be thickened the natural way?

Will ask my girlfriend to try niocin out. In case it doesnt work please advise vanishing cream for me

How can a thinning hair be thickened the natural way?

Sprinkle Wheatgerm on your breakfast cereal or Muesli every day (Vit-D %26amp; E)

Egg yoke eaten and/or applied also helps. But don't use hot water to rinse it out of your hair unless you like scrambled eggs on your head :P

Don't use harsh shampoos.

If you shampoo your hair frequently, use baby shampoo, it is kinder on hair and cleans just as well.

Try not to shampoo your hair too often. It's better to just rinse it well without the shampoo. See how long you can go without a shampoo. If you can manage for 5-6 days without a shampoo you will notice that your hair is not so thin anymore.

Never brush wet hair!!

When you brush your dry hair, tilt your body forward down and start brushing from the nape to the front.

Use a Natural Bristle brush, it's kinder on your hair and picks up dust better.

If you are fit enough ... stand on your head every morning. This improves the blood circulation in your hair follicles, (which feeds your hair).

Get a brush that also serves as a Massager (People's Park or Watsons might have it).

Good blood-circulation will make your hair thicker ........ eventually. But it takes time.

Consider cutting your hair shorter. Not only is it easier to manage, but it will give your hair time to recuberate better and grow thicker

Stop worrying ... worries makes you Lose your Hair.

Hair question....?

If my thinning hair is brought on by my stress why does it have a male pattern appearance? The top back is thinning like a circle....is it possible for stress to also have this pattern on my hair? or is it male pattern baldness rather than thinning hair from stress?

Hair question....?

baldness is not a solely for males. women too experience baldness. genetics play a big part of baldness. maybe you can check your female relatives who have experienced a condition similar to yours. or maybe your hair strands are fine and the hair follicles are spaced wider in your scalp compared to others. an alternative is to use hair growth enhancers like minoxidil. then get a hair vitamin to enhance the body of your hair.

Hair question....?

maybe ur becoming a man? j/k im joking but maybe its just ur hair pattern the way ur hair grows

Is nioxin the best system for thinning hair or is there something better?

Nioxin is the best but you should use it with the Follicle booster!

Nioxin's vitamins are not so great, get Miracle 2000 the best liquid vitamin in the world and take KNOX gelatin! Good luck!

Are there any good supplements for thinning hair?

If there was anything that REALLY worked, there wouldn't be any more bald dudes. Depending on how old you are, there are many options. I chose to just shave my head. I have to tell you, many ladies said they like it. Some don't, but hey, look at all the $$ you will save on products that won't work. Good luck!

Are there any good supplements for thinning hair?

Do gentlemen prefer blondes, it not what hair colour are they most attraacted to%26amp;do they have to be thin?

They dont have to be thin, I prefer curvy - and hair colour can be dyed so it doesnt matter - but if I had to choose, red hair does it for me

I guess the do - but if you are a minger then it doesn't matter. Personally I like Gingers - I have no idea why either!

Do gentlemen prefer blondes, it not what hair colour are they most attraacted to%26amp;do they have to be thin?

Plenty of men like all sorts of hair colours so don't worry. Plenty of men also like bigger women. If you have an amazing personality you're bound to find someone anyway. Most blondes come out of a bottle anyway.

Do gentlemen prefer blondes, it not what hair colour are they most attraacted to%26amp;do they have to be thin?

All natural is best..then i know your being yourself. How thin do you mean? Within the normal limits for your height is all i would ask

#1 so they say. #2 No. Beauty is whats inside, anyone can diet, ugly(shallow people that only see the outside) last forever.

Do gentlemen prefer blondes, it not what hair colour are they most attraacted to%26amp;do they have to be thin?

the answer to both of those questions is it depends on the man. if i was judging purely on looks actually I prefer dark haired woman not too thin. but its not really about looks theres a lot of more important stuff.

Do gentlemen prefer blondes, it not what hair colour are they most attraacted to%26amp;do they have to be thin?

I have no preference but blondes do stick out more.

Do gentlemen prefer blondes, it not what hair colour are they most attraacted to%26amp;do they have to be thin?

Some men prefer blondes.. some like darker hair! It's a personal preference not a generalization

same with being thin...

i feel that a thin guy would be more likely to be attracted to a thin girl because obviously she would be bigger than him. I like a guy to be bigger than me because i feel more protected.. even if i was 6 feet tall and bigger structured... i would hope for a guy even taller than 6 feet and one that weighed the same or a little more than i do (even if it's muscle weight).

now i'm 5'2 and i've dated a guy 6'7... yeah it was very tough.. but i was still attracted to him!

the answer of this question is strictly personal opinion!!!

Do gentlemen prefer blondes, it not what hair colour are they most attraacted to%26amp;do they have to be thin?

The blonde thing has been done to death by women (mostly by non-natural blondes hogging the look for themselves), although there are some stunning blondes out there like Sarah Harding from Girls Aloud, Emma Bunton, Cameron Diaz and Charlize Theron.

I tend to go for brunettes myself as I'm a natural blond and opposites attract. I like hispanic types like Eva Longoria, Jessica Alba, etc.

Thin girls tend to look ill. I like curves and boobs on my women.

Do gentlemen prefer blondes, it not what hair colour are they most attraacted to%26amp;do they have to be thin?

i dont mind the hair color i like the hair style more. and being too thin is ugly

Mr. GorgeousFluffpot tells me that it is to do with the Viking invasion of the British Isles, and that the blonde hair showed the winning or dominant race. Therefore it was more desirable to have a blonde partner, as it showed that they were descended from the Vikings and therefore ensured your survival. He is blonde.

Having said that, I am a brunette and Mr. GorgeousFluffpot has now been twisted into a painful necklock and forced to confess that he loves me as I am.

Do gentlemen prefer blondes, it not what hair colour are they most attraacted to%26amp;do they have to be thin?

It really depends on what color that suits you best dont you think? If you have pale skin blond hair can make you look rather washed out. Personally I would find black or red full wavy hair very exotic. Its like you just wanna bury your face in it. A lot of my male friends dislike woman too skinny, they prefer gals with abit of meat and curves. Look healthier. But then everyone is unique and exudes your own personal charm. It really doesnt matter what color or shape. Just like a dress, you dont really concentrate on what color ribbons or cut is used but the final presentation that counts. Its the whole package. That said, not every dress fits the same person so not every man will like the same kind of woman.

Do gentlemen prefer blondes, it not what hair colour are they most attraacted to%26amp;do they have to be thin?

Any color is beautiful. And all colors can come from a bottle.

What is most important is eyes, skin tone and hair colors need to go together. THE BOOK, COLOR ME BEAUTIFUL, shows all that. I'm blond with blue eyes and fair warm tone skin so I am a spring. My blond hair has warm tones, like gold and honey to match my skin tone. If I had cool blond tones it would not look good with my skin tone. Men like what looks good. Balance color. www.colormebeautiful.com.

yes and so is sage oil. be careful of using roesmary if you have heart problems or may be pregnant.

Is rosemary essential oil good for people with thinning hair?

I've never actually heard of that remedy, but I would highly recommend a hair care product called Nioxin (you may have heard of it). It isn't the cheapest, but it really is worth it. Look for it in a salon where someone will be able to advise you on which items to get (i.e. shampoo, conditioner, spray, etc).

Are hair loss treatment shampoos effective?

I am a young guy experiencing thinning hair and a receding hairline. I was wondering if the special shampoos for sale at salons for people with this problem are effective or just a gimmick.

Dude, give it up.

Some situation you'll be without it and life will suck x2. Just go with the flow.

Are hair loss treatment shampoos effective?

No, they楹搑e just gimmiks and wont give u any results. What u should do is buy some type of vitamins for hair loss that are sold over the counter, in like Walgreens ask the pharmacists to recommend u some hair loss vitamins, which will make ur hair grow and will male thicker.

There are no products that will make new hair grow. These products are basically supposed to help to stop/slow the hair loss and make your hair seem thicker.

What exactly is meant by thinning your hair?

I heard that's a solution to poofy hair. But what does the hair cutter do to the hair exactly that "thins" it?

What exactly is meant by thinning your hair?

Oooo... Now be careful with that if you have poofy and wavy hair. Thinning scissors is a long, thick device which cuts random lengths from inside the locks of your hair. When it is finished, the inner "volume" will be gone, and your hair will look thinned down. But when you sleep and wake up, however, all those shorter lengths of hair in the middle of your longer hair will each point to a different direction... and push the hair up from all possible directions. The sight might make you crazy. If you don't have time to straighten your hair every day to manage this problem, do not ask the barber to thin your hair. It takes 1- 1.5 years to bring them all to the same length again.

My son is going to be okay and truely I just gave everything to God and he is pouring his blessings upon me =)

Yes, it's anxiety. Get in touch with your psychiatrist and find some meds that will help control it while you work through your problems.

Also you need to see a dermatologist. He can give you something for your thinning hair. It could be a dermatology problem.

I have anxiety and i have reently been experiancing hair loss, is it because of my anxiety?

i'm experiencing the same, get as much vitamin b as you can, eat carrots and go see a doc about it yes

I have anxiety and i have reently been experiancing hair loss, is it because of my anxiety?

....did you know that Black tea reduces stress and anxiety significantly.

the below is taken from an article of the internet cut/paste..

"....Daily cups of tea can help you recover more quickly from the stresses of everyday life, according to a new study by UCL (University College London) researchers. New scientific evidence shows that black tea has an effect on stress hormone levels in the body."

...testimony..after going to college and entering a job that I had to work around 70 hours of week, with poor help and a verrrry mean boss and know my job was on the line I start having very serious problems with anxiety

....lasted me several years after this job.

a few months ago a friend introduced me to black tea...."bam" knocked out all those stress anxiety feelings. Even if my heart is pounding I dont feel the pain...I wrote this because I hope it helps you. I take TAZO black tea spiced w/ ginger and cinnamon, this wrks better than Black tea alone.

What Shampoo/Conditioner for thin hair do you recommend?

Pantene Pro-v the Straight one

I use that and my hair is really thin and silky. i always get compliments.

What Shampoo/Conditioner for thin hair do you recommend?

TRESemme Shampoo Healthy Volume

It will realy help!

I have lond, thin blonde hair and just recently started curling it when i go out?

i like the look of long loose curls

should I tease the crown of my hair for more volume before or after i curl it??

Thanks!!

I have lond, thin blonde hair and just recently started curling it when i go out?

after you curl it then add some hair spray to it other wise the curls will pull it back down again

good luck

I have lond, thin blonde hair and just recently started curling it when i go out?

I think u should after as long as u r sure the curls wont fall out

I have lond, thin blonde hair and just recently started curling it when i go out?

curl underbottom of hair working up towards your crown. each time you finish a row...add finishing spray. When I do the top last..I curl every thing, spray with spritz and seperate and lift with rat tail comb. Teasing in my opinion makes it look messy and not sleek. I like each curl to look defined....Imagine a up-side-down tornado....they look defined, together and not hard. I have this down to 40 mins with hair to mid back.

Wavy, frizzy, thin hair - and oily so i've got to stay away from blowing, iron, and frizz stuff

Go see a stylist they can show you how to best manage that type of hair. Good Luck.

What to do to hair after washing it?

I know it's a silly question but i have really fine thinning hair so i don' t know what to do. I normally comb through my hair, part it and let it dry naturally but find that it becomes really flat.

What do people usually do to wet hair? Tie it into a loose bun and let it air dry, just let it dry and part it then, or apply some kind of product then use a hair drier?

What to do to hair after washing it?

If you want more body and waves use a spray gel then twist it into a loose bun and let it dry then just finger comb.

What to do to hair after washing it?

I wrap mine up in a good thick towel.sometimes I let it air dry.

My hair is to my waist..I like to put tight braids in it while it is wet..sleeping on them damp and when I get up in the morning..it is crimped and adds some body when brushed out.

What to do to hair after washing it?

after i wash my hair, i comb it, then let it air dry

What to do to hair after washing it?

you could straighten one part then put the est of your hair and scrunch it with moose so it will stay write back a t dontchaluvdogz@yahoo.com

What to do to hair after washing it?

Blow dry

Wrap in a towel and dry

Comb it

Leave it to dry

Up to you

depends if you catch a cold when you let your hair dry naturally

What to do to hair after washing it?

i usually comb it out and the wraap it up inton to a bun and when its dry it let down your hair and it had some sort of volume to it.

What to do to hair after washing it?

use volumizing mousse and let airdry. hairdryers are bad for any hair, especially thin

What to do to hair after washing it?

I put my hair in a bun it gets it rly curly and cute. I can do alot with it the next. Hope it helps

What to do to hair after washing it?

if you want thicker hair you should try some type of volumizing shampoo or if you don't want to do that, you could use some type of volumizing hairspray or mousse.

i would recommend these:

big sexy hair hairspray (though it is a bit expensive, but it comes with a lot, and it works really well)

herbal essences body envy shampoo and conditioner.

What to do to hair after washing it?

I also have very long, fine hair.....I mostly let mine air dry. Sometimes I blow dry my hair upside down starting at the roots.....it's only a temporary fix though.....

What to do to hair after washing it?

Wrap it in a towel then wait for 10mins and then brush it and air dry it

What to do to hair after washing it?

blow dire it it want be as flat, than put sime kind of shiny things in it.i do hair all the time

What to do to hair after washing it?

it sounds like i have the same type of hair as you and i always put some leave in conditioner in my hair after i get out of the shower.. and i also use a heat protector to protect it whether i'm going to air dry it or style it..

: )bae

What to do to hair after washing it?

try using an astringent when you wash your hair, it helps the scalp to open the pores and seems to help the hair become stronger. You might also want to use a conditioner that adds body for that limp problem. (with the hair) ; )

What to do to hair after washing it?

Hi, I used to have exactly the same problem since my hair is also very fine so I went to see a hair expert and he told me that the best thing to do was to apply anti frizz product in my hair when damp (so after you wash your hair wrap a towel on it for a while then remove it), proceed to comb it and finally blow dry it without straighten it..does that make sense? So, you don't need to spend time at all using the blow dryer, just set it into warm/hot mode and make sure you move it around your hair (also put your hair upside down and blow dry that way) until is pretty much dry...ever since I started doing that, my hair looks amazing and everybody's loving it!! Good luck ;-)

What to do to hair after washing it?

first of all, don't wash your hair every day- Redken makes a "no break" shampoo - you may only be able to get it at a salon (to help with the thinning.) Use a leave-in conditioner such as Neutrogena triple moisture on the ends so they don't split, let it dry a little bit, then tie it into a bun ( use little claw clips and not elastics) on TOP of your head to go to sleep. By morning, it should be mostly dry, and when you let it down, it will be wavy or maybe even curly- you probably won't have to put anything in it to keep it wavy, and if it frizzes, use a little coconut oil or "shine" conditioner (both found in the ethnic section of your local pharmacy) - also, on days you don't have to be anywhere, condition your roots with a little olive oil and leave it in. (also should help with the thinning) --- to the extreme, they do make a rogaine for women, but you'll have to use it for the rest of your life if you do take that route.

What to do to hair after washing it?

i have asian baby fine hair that's really strong. Here's what i do :

ON DRYING : after towelling off at the scalp, i just leave it down and fluff it out at the roots to give it some lift while it air dries on its own. then i grab a wide-toothed comb, hold my hair at mid-length, then comb through the ends. by doing this, i don't tug all through to the roots and it doesn't hurt to detangle. note that at this point, i haven't yet touched the roots except when towelling off. after detangling, i just let it air dry and that's it. i deal with the roots and do my parting when it's all dry and can handle more combing.

ON PRODUCTS : if your hair is thinning, do not to use hair dryers or any heated tool. when your hair is wet, it is at its most fragile so don't comb it yet. if you do, make sure you have a sturdy, wide-toothed comb and do the mid-length grab i described. my hair has also gotten thicker than it used to be because i don't use too many products. i shampoo everyday but all shampoos and conditioners i use are meant for fine hair or have strengthening formulas. be careful of the products you choose because a lot have really sstrong chemicals that your hair really doesn't need. i tell you i can go for a year without trims yet never in my life did i ever get split ends.

What to do to hair after washing it?

I usually apply a seperator, such as Tigi's Mastermind for Seperation, before I blow dry. Then I flip my head over and lightly spray on hair spray, I flip right side up again and pull my hair up in bunches, spraying the hair as it's up so that layers are sprayed separately, thereby creating air pockets in the hair, which is good or volume. If I feel like I need to brush my hair I use a pick comb or my fingers because I brush just ruins what I put all that effort into. Afterwards I apply shine serum, but that's just for me and has nothing to do with volume. Tigi also has products like Boy Toys and Super Star Blow Drying Lotion which are also supposed to help with volume, but I don't use them, personally. You might want to play around with them though, depending on how much volumization you need. Tigi products are usually found in salons. If you go to your hairdresser and she does something to your hair that you really like, ask her what she uses and how she does it, that's what I did. Hope this helps.

What to do to hair after washing it?

Air drying with no product on fine thinning hair is the worst possible way to create volume! Try a volumizing shampoo, conditioner and mousse and or Hairspray like Redkens' Cat line. If a bun is your only option try a bun high on the head then letting it down when dry to creat volume. Although most people would say not to use a hair dryer , not true. Unless your hair is over processed from chemicals then definately the heat will help to volumize ... so blow it out! Have fun and when in doubt consult a professional!

What to do to hair after washing it?

I have fine hair too and I let it dry naturally, so I cut down on using heat on it, which'll have a bad effect over time. Don't brush it till it's completely dry too. I use a brush which is kinder on your hair. Try to steer clear of hair products if you can, since the chemicals aren't good for your hair. Stuff that helps the color and won't damage your hair are herbal washes, which you can do using herbal tea bags: camomile for light brown and blonde hair, or make an infusion of dried rosemary in boiled water that is cooled off and then poured over your hair, as a rinse for darker hair. They give shine too.

My hair grow thick upto certain level and after that it becomes thin why is it so? Wht care do i nee

apply shampoo properly and trim your hair frquently.

My hair grow thick upto certain level and after that it becomes thin why is it so? Wht care do i need to take?

Do you get regular trims? It could be breakage. If you don't get a trim every 4 or 5 months, your hair will start to thin out at the bottom.

My hair grow thick upto certain level and after that it becomes thin why is it so? Wht care do i need to take?

use sikakai, while masage.

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

i have really thin hair and it doesnt get tangly ever

after i get out of the shower i run my fingers through it as im blow drying it

if i brush it it gets staticy

is this healthy?

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

Nothing is weird, just different. But really, its not weird or different. As long as you still wash your hair and if it isn't all tangled and messy looking then its fine. If your hair is really that thin and your fingers running through your hair makes it straight and makes it look okay then its fine, because no one will really care or ask you if you brush your hair or not.

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

its not that weird. use a flat tooth comb instead of a brush

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

its up to you really, if it doesnt look like it needs a brush then why bother? as long as your comefortable with the way your hair looks its fine

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

Maybe you should use a comb, it prevents static/flyaway hair. If your hair is thin, opposite to mine! stand with your head upside down and dry your hair that way, i know it sounds strange but it works

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

DEFANTLY NOT! Even though it seems you don't need to brush it, brushing is good for your hair. At least run a comb through it a couple of times.

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

well i guess its not weird cuz its up to you. but i think its better for your hair if you brush it and you will sertially look a lot cleaner! but it is so your choice!

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

i dont think so.. since u said it doesnt really get tangly. But if it did get tangly and when u like ran ur fingers through ur hair while it was wet.. it might rip ur hair out of ur roots and when it grows back again.. it doesn't look that great.

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

sure. my friend has good hair like that. she never ever brushes it. matter of fact i dont know what to do when i go to her house because she doesnt even own a brush.

she has very healthy, voluminous hair.

im pretty sure its healthy.

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

That's actually better than brushing. As long as it isn't tangled and you just run your fingers through it while drying, and don't tug on it, you are doing the right thing.

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

no i dont brush my hario eitehr i use combs i tease my hair with a brush somethimes thou

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

I don't brush my hair either.

It naturally takes it's part.

There's nothing unhealthy about it, you should consider yourself lucky because you don't have to deal with your hair for 3 hours in the morning.

It may be static-y when you brush it because of the amount of blow drying, the weather, or just because you have thinner hair.

Remember to keep your hair healthy if you blow dry it a lot, though. Condition your hair when you can. =]

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

well...that's the dumbest question ive ever seen

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

not really weird just go 2 aa hair solon and find out what is right 4 you good luck

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

Well, as long as theres no tangles in your hair-- whatever, right? Combs are good-- get the ones with the teeth spaced out quite a bit.

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

combs work way good. use one. i have 2 use a brush cuz my hairs super thick.

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

its not weird at all. some ppl are just realll lucky that they dont need to brush their hair. yeah running through it w. fingers is fine. and no1 wants their hair to get sticy. it's completely healthy! hakuna matata~

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

no it's not weird at all, I don't brush my hair either (even though it's the complete opposite to yours lol) it's really thick and curly and if I brush it it will go crazy hehe

Is it weird i dont brush my hair?

turkey :)

What can i do for really thinning hair??

I would stay away from Rogaine type medicines. I don't want to take anything that women shouldn't even touch, personally. Ginkgo biloba improves circulation to the scalp. Horsetail can help strengthen your hair. Green tea and Saw Palmetto may help prevent further hair loss. Tea tree oil can help kill mites, bacteria and fungi that can live on the scalp and cause hair loss. Apple cider vinegar and sage tea as a rinse can help hair grow. Biotin supplementation can help hair grow. Read all the lables for these products and consult a physician if you have any health concerns before taking these products.

Just remember, many women find baldness very sexy. So maybe shaving your head would be the easiest solution.

What can i do for really thinning hair??

You can purchase shampoos that are for hair thickening. Another thing that has worked for my cousin is a product called "Cholesterol" by Queene Helen. You use it once a week and can purchase it at stores like Wal-Mart, Walgreen's, Super Stop %26amp; Shop, etc...

What can i do for really thinning hair??

Embrace it!

What can i do for really thinning hair??

wear a hat

What can i do for really thinning hair??

u can apply beer..... its really good

What can i do for really thinning hair??

Stop wearing that hat and get rogaine or learn to accept yourself as you are or shave your head!

What can i do for really thinning hair??

I have an irreversable bald spot from a bad relaxer. My doctor told me that there is life out there and don't worry about a bald spot. In other words, leave it alone.

What can i do for really thinning hair??

Try one of the OTC rogaine-based programs. They really do seem to work for some people, especially if you're thinning and not already bald.

Does Nioxin really work for thinning hair?

I ordered the product (System 4) online, but I wanted to get some feedback on whether it's going to be worth my money or not.

Does Nioxin really work for thinning hair?

I have been using System 4 for 4mnths and have not noticed any difference and I have been following directions diligently. I also hang my head over the bed for 2 mins each day, cause that increases blood circulation to the scalp and gentle massaging.

I suppose it can only help. It was highly recommended to me by a previous user.

Cheers

lynnec

Does Nioxin really work for thinning hair?

I have heard that it is really good.

Does Nioxin really work for thinning hair?

I used this product for 6 months and no - it does not. it made no difference. I used carol's daughter products and vaseline tonic for hair and thats how my hair stopped falling out, breaking and thinning. I had to put up with lots of little hairs growing but I can honestly say that i have my thickness back and it does not fall as much at all. it took about 7 months but it was worth every day, week and month.

Does Nioxin really work for thinning hair?

I wanted to go on Nioxin for getting my hair to grow faster but i asked my hair dresser who gives the best advice i've ever gotten from any hair dresser i've ever been to and he said that it is for more for thinning hair but you don't notice that much of a difference.

he used it for ages and only had about 2 inches growth instead of 1 inch.

just look it up on the net and research it heaps.

thats what i do before i buy any hair product unless i know its worked for me before.

My hair is thin and not shiny, I need thick hair tell me some remedies please?

Hope it helps you.

My hair is thin and not shiny, I need thick hair tell me some remedies please?

try aloe vera. i mean the fresh aloe vera plant. apply it in your hair before you take a bath

My hair is thin and not shiny, I need thick hair tell me some remedies please?

sounds really gross, but gypsies once used urine as a hair treatment. I don't recomend that though. Try a product called Mane and Tail.

Breakage from extensions & hair recovery?

Did anyone experience hair breakage from extensions? I had the fusion kind about a year ago and my hair is still recovering. The broken hair is underneath, closer to my scalp, so it is not noticable. I see a steady progression in my hair becoming thicker, actually...the stuff growing in is really thick and the rest of my hair is fuller than it used to be. The reason it feels thin is because of the discrepancy between the broken part growing in (at about the bottom of my neck) and the rest of my hair which is down to my collarbone. I typically use thickening %26amp; volumizing products and take vitamins such as futurebiotics hair, skin and nails, hairtopia (which doesn't seem to work at all) and a women's ultra mega supplement from GNC.I just ordered ultra nourishair as the GNC bottle seems to be giving me hair that is very light in comparison to the rest of my hair. I just wanted to know if anyone experienced hair thinning/breakage due to extensions and how long did it take for hair 2recover

Breakage from extensions %26amp; hair recovery?

Yes! This happened to me! All you can do, is keep it trimmed, and as the broken layers grow, get the rest of your hair trimmed to that level, to keep it neat looking.

Recovery time? Depends on how long it takes for your hair to grow out.

Breakage from extensions %26amp; hair recovery?

wow if you put half as much effort into your appearance as you did into this question, you'd be set!

Breakage from extensions %26amp; hair recovery?

Yes I had a similar experience, actually my hair would fall of if I ran my fingers through it. It was horrible. I did recoup, It took a few months but I would never recommend extensions. Take you vitamins, keep it clean, and wait. Thats all you can really do now. Best of luck!

Breakage from extensions %26amp; hair recovery?

Sorry cant help as i dont know about hair and stuff but good luck and i hope it grows back quickly for you. All the best x

Breakage from extensions %26amp; hair recovery?

By and large the more you mess with artificially changing your hair the more damage you do to it. Little by little it goes away and soon you will not have anything to worry about.

Breakage from extensions %26amp; hair recovery?

omg that happend to me!

i got extentions about a year and half ago and i think that my hair has fully recovered. My hair went sooooooo thin and would drop out when i washed it, even after i took the extensions out. Its a bit thicker now and i think it has just about recovered. I really feel for you, dont worry it will recover. i know, it was the worst decision i ever made too!

My cat is losing hair on the head and body and is a little thin is that dangerous?

take it to a VET and they will know.

My cat is losing hair on the head and body and is a little thin is that dangerous?

It could be, I would get your kitty into the vet just to be sure. It could be that he/she is very sick or that they just may have mites or something. Either way, I'd get them checked out so you know if your cat is alright.

My cat is losing hair on the head and body and is a little thin is that dangerous?

you might want to take her to the vet to have her checked for worms. if she is getting really thin and still eating. depending on the breed the loss of fur might be a skin irratant.

My cat is losing hair on the head and body and is a little thin is that dangerous?

It may have some sort of illness... I'm not an expert you should take it to the vet, cats aren't supposed to go bald.

My cat is losing hair on the head and body and is a little thin is that dangerous?

I recommned that you take the cat to the vet..

you dont wanna chance it..

My cat is losing hair on the head and body and is a little thin is that dangerous?

It could be sick. I would recommend a vet, or try some codliver oil mixed in with its food. It could have a furball lodged and the oil may help it remove itself and it will add needed minerals to it. If you don't see a differance in about a week call a vet asap.

My cat is losing hair on the head and body and is a little thin is that dangerous?

It could be dangerous but you need to find out why your kitty is losing fur. There are a lot of possible reasons so take kitty to the veterinarian to rule out the dangerous reasons.

Good website: http://www.peteducation.com/article.cfm?...

My cat is losing hair on the head and body and is a little thin is that dangerous?

Mine is also like that last time. It will be alright in a week, just feed it more on cod liver oil( It really works!!!)

My cat is losing hair on the head and body and is a little thin is that dangerous?

for sure it is dangerous take your cat to the vet.

My cat is losing hair on the head and body and is a little thin is that dangerous?

If I am losing hair on my head and body and growing thin at the same time you can be sure that I would be in the hospital by now. So what are you waiting for? For him to lose his tail too. Bring him to the vet fast.

My cat is losing hair on the head and body and is a little thin is that dangerous?

get your kitty into the vet, so you will know exactly what causing it.

My cat is losing hair on the head and body and is a little thin is that dangerous?

take it to the vet before its too late...it might be serious

My cat is losing hair on the head and body and is a little thin is that dangerous?

It could be a number of things could be fleas or maby she got into a cat fight my suggestion would be to take her to the vet.

My cat is losing hair on the head and body and is a little thin is that dangerous?

are you cheap???????????? if you were sick %26amp; it wasnt just a normal cold / flu would you go to a doc or just ask on Y.A.!!! if your broke ask your vet about care credit!

My cat is losing hair on the head and body and is a little thin is that dangerous?

I'm not sure why people like you ask questions like this online. How can someone who can't see or have the training to diagnose your cat give you the answer? We can't - which is why you go to a VET. I'm thinking that most that post questions like this just want us to say "Oh no I'm sure it's FINE!" so they can use that as an excuse to deny their pet vet care.

My cat is losing hair on the head and body and is a little thin is that dangerous?

It could be a number of things. Feline luekemia, a tumor, an allergy to the food you're buying, worms. If he/she's been doing a lot of scratching and it resulted in a loss of fur then it's probably just an allergy to the food. Try finding a different brand that's low in wheat/rye. That's happen to our cat before and we just switched his food and kept an eye on him and everything turned out alright. But I would definitly take him/her to the vet. Because it could be more serious then that.

How do I regrow hair or stop from going completely bald?

got a buzz cut recently due to thinning hair and receding hairline. did the cut by recomendation that it would look good. well it looks bad. I don't look good bald. have used REGROW in the past

How do I regrow hair or stop from going completely bald?

Sorry mate,

Start getting used to it....your getting old. You can try Rogain or something like that. OR.... Get creative and shave shapes into your head or get a tattoo!

How do I regrow hair or stop from going completely bald?

You DON'T!!! (BWAAA-HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA [satanic laugh])

How do I regrow hair or stop from going completely bald?

try getting more iron in your deit

How do I regrow hair or stop from going completely bald?

Watch a Spanish commercial they always have weird things that work example 48 telemundo yup

How do I regrow hair or stop from going completely bald?

I have a cousin who has the same problem. I believe it is a condition that is inherited. If you have relatives who have gone bald or have receeding hairlines, chances are you will have the same condition. My cousin even got a hair transplant, but even that did not work. I think it is something that just needs to be accepted graciously.

How do I regrow hair or stop from going completely bald?

dunno, but my advice is to go to a fashion store and ask the person there.

How do I regrow hair or stop from going completely bald?

Make sure your health and nutrition and fitness are optimal. Have your thyroid checked. Low thyroid is known to cause hair loss.

And choose your mother well. If the mother's father, or the men on the mother's side of family exhibit balding, one's chances of being bald are high. At least that is the most recent study of baldness and genetics that I have read.

How do I regrow hair or stop from going completely bald?

sToP StReSSinG

How do I regrow hair or stop from going completely bald?

First, how old are you? and second, do you have a family history of Hair loss?

To answer to your question, you can use Propecia,1 mg tablet, once a day for at least a year which is so helpful and the side effect is too rare! but you should be seen by your physician for that.

The other product which really helps is Avalon Biotin B-Complex Shampoo that is less than 10$ but it is absolutely useful.

And it is better to be checked for your Thyroid Function as well.

Skin Hair Dry?

Pale dry skin and frizzy dry thinning hair.. y? I used to have shinny thick hair and flawess skin a few years back but not its like i have dry skin and hair no matter how much water I drink.. im 23 so it sucks that its happening this early when all my other friends still look healthy. could be cause i used to smoke but i quit like 6 months ago any suggestions would help

Skin Hair Dry?

stop washing ur hair so often cuz ur hair makes natural oils that is good for ur hair. washing it takes away the oils.

and buy some hair products that will nourish your hair back to health. pick one thats right for u. most brands have a thinning hair shampoo

be patient it will take at least 2 weeks for results

for skin use moisturizing lotion every day

and dont go back to smokin

Skin Hair Dry?

That smoking is catching up with you. don't start again.

buy some mosterizer and some citre shine shine serum, and get back out there!

Skin Hair Dry?

Quitting smoking should actually improve your skin and hair. You can try a hair skin and nails vitamin from the drugstore. drink lots of water, and eat a well balanced diet. You should try to figure out if you have made any lifestyle changes that could be negatively affecting your health. Stressing, not getting enough sleep, drug use, change in environment or weather among other things can affect your hair and skins ability to retain moisture. If you cannot think of anything, you may want to see your doctor. I don't mean to scare you, but if you can't think of any underlying lifestyle causes, it may be a sign of a possible illness or health problem.

Skin Hair Dry?

Rather than any conditioners, if you would like to try naturals, try applying oil (coconut and almond work best) to your hair, and make sure it reaches the roots of your hair. Leave it on overnight or so, and wash it off with a little bit of shampoo.

My hair is falling out... a lot ... ?

my hair is down to my cheast, and kinda curly and stuff, so i always straighten it. (well, during the school year, for not even a year) and its falling out. a lot.

like it comes out if i just run my hands through it, a few strands.

should i be worried ?

my hair is thick, so im not too worried, because ive always wanted thinner hair =p

but still ... ?

My hair is falling out... a lot ... ?

My best friend is a professional stylist and I asked her the same question a couple of days ago. It really depends on your hair (thickness, length, coarseness, etc). It may or may not be normal to lose that much hair.

Stress can cause your hair to fall out more quickly, too. And if you aren't getting enough vitamins in your diet.

The best thing I could suggest would be to speak personally with a stylist. Let her take a look at your hair to give you a better idea.

My hair is falling out... a lot ... ?

take vitemans

My hair is falling out... a lot ... ?

IT IS A PHASE !!! CALLED GROWING UP !!!! DO YOU SEE SOME 20 year olds wit hair on the top of their heads !!! Well if its that bad it could be that you comb your hair too hard !!!

My hair is falling out... a lot ... ?

you should definitley see a stylist about it... and get your hair relaxed. then it wont be damaged as oftened. My sister had the same problem. THe stylist told her to get it relaxed and it worked

My hair is falling out... a lot ... ?

Get your thyroid tested. A little hair falling out is normal as our hair sheds, but if it is in chunks it could be your thyroid and that needs to be treated with special medication.

Also a hairstylist I know says that if you have an eating disorder your hair is the first thing to go - so if you do not eat right, change that. If you eat just fine then get yourself tested at your doctors office!

My hair is falling out... a lot ... ?

your prolly goin through a hormone change if you havnt changed ne thing about your lifestyle... it happend to me... but it stops

take a vitemin everyday.... get a hair strengthening shampoo... and eat healthy... all this stuff will help

My hair is falling out... a lot ... ?

If you have curly hair, you should stop using a brush and just let your hair exisit on it's wild side. yes use shampoo and just the bottom of the hair w/conditioner. Stop straightening your hair for a while that probably is making your hair thinner and worse besides curly hair is beautiful. Sometimes you might wanna brush your hair but a few days when you don't have to look your best, you shouldn't brush your hair. Try that. It also might be the type of shampoo you are using. Pantene makes my hair come out in clumps. If it gets serious to the point where you are balding, go see a doctor.

My hair is falling out... a lot ... ?

tricoanalysis is needed for it.

My hair is falling out... a lot ... ?

i think you should stop straightening your hair for a little while....the same thing happened to me.....your hair might be heat damaged and breaking off and splitting....i have thick hair and my hair got a little thinner because of it but when i stopped getting my hair straightened and whore it natural........it stopped coming out.

My hair is falling out... a lot ... ?

If your hair is thick it is not uncommon to lose hundreds of hairs a day...it looks bad to you but they are growing back at the same rate so no need to worry. On the otherhand if your grandfather AND your mother have thinning hair then you might want to see a doctor. Some women carry the gene for baldness and the sooner you seek treatment the better the outcome.

My hair is falling out... a lot ... ?

it could be hormonal... i use to lose a lot of hair (by the handfull practically) when I was a teen.. my sister and I shared a bathroom and both of us would leave tons of hair everywhere! to make matters worse (back in the 80's) cheap hairspray was popular but it made everything sticky... hair just stuck all over... never had a problem since until 4 months after the birth of my baby.. now i am getting hair everywhere again and have to sweep the floor daily...dont worry. it shouldnt be enough to make you bald.. try to brush your hair before bed and before showering (to save your drains) it may help with the annoying tickle of a loose hair on your back - have you changed your diet? perhaps poor nutrition is to blame.....good luck

My hair is falling out... a lot ... ?

maybe it's nothing to worry about because it is summer time. your hair need to shed because of the heat. if patches are falling out then you need to talk to an doctor but if it is just small amounts of hair try vitamins and hair conditioners. are you stressed out ? sometimes that can cause your hair to fall out. don't trip if it is not patches of hair.

My hair is falling out... a lot ... ?

I'm glad you mentioned that you STRAIGHTEN your hair ... because that IS the problem. Straightening your hair %26amp; coloring it causes a lot of damange to %26amp; your hair starts to fall out slowly. You should use a heat protective spray for your hair if you must straighten it but don't do it too much. I've read in a magazine that straightening the same part of your hair more than TWICE is already too much. Don't do it if you don't have to...%26amp; protect your hair especially since you're young.

My hair is falling out... a lot ... ?

How old are you, how much do you weigh and do you have a history of hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism in your family?

My hair is falling out... a lot ... ?

Be healthy and give a healthy atmosphere to your hair. That will help hair to grow. What care to give?

I was wondering if thinning your hair is permanent, and whether its a good idea?

I have short thick hair, sometimes I like it, but sometimes it just doesn't work. I was wondering about thinning, I don't know much about it. I have tried layers but the hairdresser always does long layers and I'm not sure what exactly to ask for.

A little help?

I was wondering if thinning your hair is permanent, and whether its a good idea?

You can ask the hairdresser to thin out your hair.

What they do is use thinning scissors (half a blade, half a comb) which only cut some hairs, making your hair thinner.

I was wondering if thinning your hair is permanent, and whether its a good idea?

try asking for shorter, choppier layers, and find a picture online and take it with you. thinning is only temporary x

I was wondering if thinning your hair is permanent, and whether its a good idea?

well i have thick hair and i have it thinned all the time and it isnt permanent so try it you might like it it mahes your hair feel lighter and look really cool xxx

Anorexic now overweight causing thin hair?

From bith until the age of 12, I was severly anorexic but since then I have had a very healthy appetite. This is now to the point that I am slightly overweight. I am 16 now and I have had very thin hait since the age of about 14.

Could this be due to my bodies blood circulation getting worse as I am now fatter?

Anorexic now overweight causing thin hair?

by anorexic, i guess u mean anorexia, as in an absence of appetite, not anorexia nervosa the illness. well, i dont know i dont think getting fatter could cause ur hair to become thin...... vitamin e helps hair i think...... im not sure... i know some vitamin does, u should check it out and just take vitamin supplements and ur hair will get better. and also cut it regularly so it gets stronger and then u can grow it

I have thick in the center thin at the temples and lots of breakage idont know how to take care of m

it sounds like you are pulling your hair to tight in pony tail which leads to sid thining

some hairstyle and hair bands can harm hair in longterm

depending on your hair type you can grow long and healthy beautifull hair by following a suitable regimen bearing in mind 2 things

1-protect and the existing hair

if its curly "natural like mine" you shuold always keep it moisturized " oils hot oil tratment befor washing ,leav in conditioners ,creams waht ever you like "

and protein conditioners to restore elasticity which is critical for curly hair strenght

never brush your hair up starting from the hairline ,devid it into parts and brush it to the sides, brush the napping area alone upwards always use a wide brush when brushing just treat your hair like a gold threads starting from tips to the scalp and when it tangels loose the brush and untangel it with fingers, always moisturize befor brushing.

whashing hair should be about 3 / month with shampoo

but when ever you feel like washing it use the conditioner only so it doesnt dry out

always wear a protective hair style so the ends dont rub against clothes

wear a head " satin or silk "scarf when going to sleep to prevent rubbing against the pillow or use a satin or silk pillowcase "satin %26amp; silk are soft so it dont break the hiar and dont absorb its moisture away" braid it or put it in buns

-2-and grow a healthy new hair from the scalp

to grow healthy hair form within

-highly protein diet and free amino acids in L- form

as hair is basically protein in nature amino suplements will do

-vitamins and mineral supplements for hair and nails

-Flax seed oil or Cod liver oil capsule which is rich in omega 3

MSM and silica

garlic oil "dont worry its odorless"

make sure that a good blood circulation is nourishing your scalp

by massage ...minimum of 2 minutes morning and 2 evening

i do that when i watch TV

with both hand press your finger tips "not nails" on the scalp and move them in round motion make sure you're not rubbing your fingertips against the scalp but moving it with them for about 2 minutes twice a day , it gives a good feeling of relaxation and increases blood supply to the scalp which has good effect on hair growth.

How can i get my hair to look good if its thick and unmanageable?

help me!!!! my hair is super extra thick and basically all i can do is put it in a ponytail. i cant even put my hair in a bun, it takes me SIX hairties just to hold it all in like that, and thats after i use a straightener(its naturally straight though). are there any good products for my unmanageable hair? any easy simple styles? homcoming is also in about 2 weeks and i need to figure out how to do my hair!! oh and how much do those thinning hair treatments things at salons cost?

How can i get my hair to look good if its thick and unmanageable?

Usually hairdresser will thin your hair for free considering that it is part of your haircut. I would blow dry your hair straight then curl it loosely with a curling iron and pull back sections of you hair. I fing that after blowdrying my hair the curling it really reduces the poofiness and gets your ahir very smooth. Trust me I have very poofy, thick hair

How can i get my hair to look good if its thick and unmanageable?

There are ways to thin it without a treatment. I know they make combs with scissors right between the prongs for an even thin. Ask any salon about that!

Check out this photo: It might be a great way to have it cut for easy styling, then you will be able to wear it down... and who knows, it might be your look.

good Luck.http://beauty.about.com/od/hairstylephot...

My mother is only 50 and has terrible thinning hair. She wants to start using scalpmed. Anyone heard

This is actually not related to scalpmed at all... but about a month ago I went to someone that specializes in hair loss and they told me that she had a lot of clients with cancer who had never even lost their hair while undergoing chemo because they took 10000 mcg of biotin a day and capsules of thymus. I'm not sure what dose would be recommended or what your mom would want to do but I hope that this helps. If anything at least you can look into it. =)

Tagamet for treating hair-loss (androgenetic alopecia)?

Apparently this has been effective for women with thinning hair. But the dosage seems high--300mg 5x a day. Has anyone tried this?

Tagamet for treating hair-loss (androgenetic alopecia)?

No, but I highly reccomend checking out evening primrose oil for any alopecia.

Tagamet for treating hair-loss (androgenetic alopecia)?

I had hair loss due to hypothyroid, this really helped me. Report It

Tagamet for treating hair-loss (androgenetic alopecia)?

This is a hormonal treatment and probably won't ever be approved for use by the FDA because of the recent information about hormones causing breast cancer. Even though this hormone is related to testosterone and the cancer causing hormones were estrogen and progesterone, nobody is going to try to get this approved. The chances are that it will grow hair, as it is increasing your testosterone level. However, MANY side effects will occur. Bad idea in my opinion.

Can u ask a salonist to thin your hair wth razor ?

how do they do it n is it harmful to your hair.

Can u ask a salonist to thin your hair wth razor ?

Yes you can, i do it all the time. It is not harmful to your hair. It makes it look much better than just a regular cut. My stylist recommended it and i love it.

Can u ask a salonist to thin your hair wth razor ?

you can't really use a razor but thinning shears thin hair. it is not harmful.

I want to get my hair like Charlie's from Fightstar.. how can i do this?? Btw i have thin ghds.

http://www.myfconline.com/character_avat...

I want to get my hair like Charlie's from Fightstar.. how can i do this?? Btw i have thin ghds..Cheerz?

You should straighten your hair in sections slightly bringing it out in flicks, the front section you should straighten down and not flicked, then after it is straightened use a wax to piece the sections out. Don't use too much wax or it'll look too greasy, or you could use a sea salt mist spray this is great for dirtying up the hair without wreaking the style. Don't forget to use a heat protection spray when straightening.

I want to get my hair like Charlie's from Fightstar.. how can i do this?? Btw i have thin ghds..Cheerz?

The cut has layers that are shorter on top and appear to be razor cut to give it more texture. It is styled by putting in a little medium weight pomade and sweeping it forward and to the side. You could also use wax to give it that piecy look. If you take this picture to a salon, you could have them help you.

I want to get my hair like Charlie's from Fightstar.. how can i do this?? Btw i have thin ghds..Cheerz?

separate your hair into small sections, and point them in slightly different directions. you could straighten it, but if you have wax then after you wash your hair then wax the sections and make sure the hair is straight. it should look a bit like charlies. have a photo of him with you so that you can compare, and then you can change it to look even more like him! he's cut his hair now, its really horrible. but he's so fit with the hair you want yours to be like! i hope this'll help, if all else fails just go to your hairdresser and ask them to do it, and then you can copy them when you're at home! x

Has anyone tried Propecia for hair loss? If so has it worked for you?

I am considering going on Propecia for my thinning hair. I was wondering if anyone had tried it and whether it has worked for you.

How can i stop my curl hair becoming thinner and falling out?

my hair used to be full and thick curly hair but now it is lifeless and thin, and so much falls out every day, what can i do to stop this and what products(shampoo and conditioner) should i use, any advice would be fantastic, many thanks xxx

How can i stop my curl hair becoming thinner and falling out?

I have very thin curly hair as well and I have found the fructis line to be very helpful. They have a great curling spray-gel which goes on nice and light to avoid weighing your hair down and a root lifter that works well too. And you're using a diffuser right? That will also help to add volume.

As for your hair falling out. This could be due to stress or poor diet. Prenatal vitamins are good for this. They'll make your finger nails nice and strong too. Also some vitamin E, and scalp massages. Which are the best!! ;-) Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions!

How can i stop my curl hair becoming thinner and falling out?

get some hair serum that gives nutrients to the cutical, and apply it daily

and don't dye it or put any kind of harsh chemicals in it for a while,

also go to the doctor, your hair shouldn't be falling out like that.

my sister had a thyriod problem and that was causing her hair to fall out, so if you're gaining weight and stuff like that get it checked out

How can i stop my curl hair becoming thinner and falling out?

My hair's the same cos I straighten it. Try Pantene Pro-V Anti-Breakage as that is meant to be good. And those capsuals you can get from health food shops for thicker hair. good luck!

Hair loss help me out pleaseeeee!?

ive recently had hair loss around the temples, and top of the head hair has gotten thinner i usta have thick hair and now i can see my scalp after i take a shower ...this happened in a period of 1-2 months. everything im about to describe a few of what i think may cause the problem is weight loss and a surgery i had...

i had a wisdom tooth removed and suffer alot of blood loss and inbetween the healing phase i drank a little alcohol , more that i have done was i had only like 1 meal a day because i didn't want it to get infected so i rarely ate which made me lose alotta weight i went from average to really skinny and since i started working that continued for at least 1month to 3 weeks not sure i stopped drinking alcohol now and my hair is somewhat the same it was a little better any ideas on how long would it take to get my hair fully restored back to its old self? without the thinning hair or what can i do to increase my immune system and thicker hair?

Hair loss help me out pleaseeeee!?

poor nutrition leads to hair loss and bone loss. You may never gain that hair back and might want to forever use Rogain or accept the loss and embrace your maturity.

Why would you eat less to stop infection? That does not make sence.

Anyway, my hair grows well when I eat lots of fruits and veggies and lean protien, include non fat milk and stuff like yogurt. What really makes my hair grow is exercising a lot. Sweating and burning calories really gets things growing-hair and nails.

Use gentle shampoo like Neutrogina and don't scrub but rub it onto your head and be careful not to damage what is there. Don't blow dry too much, protect it with a gel and don't dry all the way with the dryer, just leave it a little bit damp.

Maybe no swimming pools either the cholorine can be hard on hair.

Good luck

Hair loss help me out pleaseeeee!?

Believe it or not, STRESS can be the cause of this hair loss. I know several people who had falling hair because of a lot of stress and they developed bald spots, too. Try to relax and keep your body healthy. Avoid alcohol, eat the right food, and even meditate.

Allow your hair to grow back by avoiding stress or using medications doctors have prescribed. You can refer to your physician for more information about this problem.

Hair loss help me out pleaseeeee!?

Check out the website below. There are actually many forms of hairloss. I get hairloss due to immune system attack on my hair follicles (it affects my body hair, too).

Hair loss help me out pleaseeeee!?

It's from lack of protein. By the time your hair falls out, you've been a few months with inadequate protein. You need to raise your protein levels--talk to your doctor about how much. Beneprotein is a powdered supplement that you can add to anything. My WLS surgeon recommended it. I did not have the surgery but I like to add it to my Slim-fast.

Hair loss help me out pleaseeeee!?

could be a few things, but it sounds like nutritional deficiency as it happened fairly fast. but keep in mind if there is hair thinning in your family it might just be your time. if it is genetic use a herb called saw palmetto with some gingko ( reccomended)or a drug called finasteride( expensive).

if it is nutritional ( probably) it is probably a lack of biotin ( one of the b vitamins as well as trace elements like tin and zinc, as well as protein. an option would be to take spirulina 2-3g per day , as this is a natural form of nutrition. also eat more eggs as this is a source of biotin.

go and see a nutritionist, possibly get a hair analysis test to see what minerals your body is low in.

Hair loss help me out pleaseeeee!?

Provillus is a new and revolutionary herbal medication to treat hair loss in men and women. Provillus comes in a convenient tablet form that is taken daily for the treatment of male hair loss and female hair loss. Provillus is an all-natural supplement available without a prescription.

Provillus first works to reverse the effects of the hormones that caused the initial hair loss. By using RNA, nutrients are delivered to the hair follicle, and the follicle will slowly become stronger and thicker.

Provillus eliminates clogged hair follicles by dissolving dead skin cells, scalp oil (sebum), and residue from shampooing and may reverse the damage caused by DHT. Then, RNA works with your natural DNA processes to deliver vital nutrients to the follicle.

Provillus provides hair follicles with capsicum, amino acids, and essential minerals to prevent NDF (Nutrient Deficient Follicles, the third leading cause of premature hair loss). With proper nutrition and increased blood flow to the scalp, dormant follicles can begin producing healthy hair once again.

How can you make your hair thicker?

I have really thin hair. How can i add volume and make it thicker?

How can you make your hair thicker?

I have the same problem...

There is this product called Fat Hair...Its a good line specifically for adding volume to your hair.

There is the thickning shampoo and conditioner and than there is also a mouse sort of stuff that you put in before you blow dry it and the Fat Hair Hairspray...it will all help and make your hair look awesome.

It's a little more expensive but you can get it at Target. It all runs from about $6.99-11.99.

Of course..you can't really make your hair 'thicker' unfortunately...but you can help add volume.

Hope this helps, good luck!

How can you make your hair thicker?

Eat healthy first of all

And when you blow dry your hair, add mousse and blow dry upside down making sure you fluff up your hair.

How can you make your hair thicker?

How can you make your hair thicker?
